Robert Stenson is Of Counsel with Riley & Associates CA/NV specializing in real estate and corporate transactions. Robert has been practicing for over 15 years advising clients regarding real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing and work-outs. Robert has extensive experience with structuring entities for complex real estate transactions. Robert served as General Counsel for both a unit of GE Capital’s Commercial Real Estate & Finance Group specializing in providing private telecommunications services to major residential property owners and REITs and a real estate investment start-up.

In addition to his legal practice, Robert has operational experience managing the development of approximately 1.5 million square feet of industrial properties as well as managing and leasing commercial and industrial properties for a major real estate company and developer based in Los Angeles. Robert currently is president of his own real estate consulting and investment firm, The Callaghan Group, Ltd. which invests in and develops commercial and residential real estate in Southern California.

Robert is a graduate of Georgetown University (BS in Business Administration cum laude 1986) and UCLA School of Law (1991). Robert is admitted to practice before all California State Courts, The United States District Court for the Central, Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of California, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and all State Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Robert is a member of the State Bar of California, The Bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Robert is also a real estate broker licensed by the California Department of Real Estate.
