Suzanne Henry is a civil litigation attorney with extensive experience in complex business litigation, environmental actions, takings claims, and real property disputes. She has significant experience in defending civil and criminal environmental actions under the Clean Water Act and other federal statutory schemes. She has also worked on a number of criminal cases on a pro bono basis for the indigent panel. Prior to working with Riley & Associates, Suzanne spent nine years as a litigator for major regional and international law firms.

Suzanne graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1999, where she was the Founding Contents Editor for the San Diego International Law Journal. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations from California State University at Long Beach. In addition to being admitted to the State Bar of California and eligible to appear in all California state courts, Suzanne is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Court of Federal Claims, the Ninth and Third Circuit Courts of Appeal, and in the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Eastern and Northern Districts of California.

Suzanne lives in West Los Angeles with her dog Bentley. She enjoys traveling, fly fishing and horse riding.
